New England Latin Placement Service (NELPS) For the past several years, all job listings received by the New England Latin Placement Service (NELPS) have been posted on the placement site operated by the American Classical League (ACL). The ACL site reaches a nationwide audience and due to the success of this initiative, the directors of the New England Latin Placement Service have decided to terminate operations. Schools with openings should now list them directly on the ACL site. There is no charge for listing a position. Candidates looking for a position can also search the site for free. There is a small charge for candidates who want to post a dossier on the ACL site. The directors of NELPS want to thank everyone who has helped make NELPS a success through the years. Please still feel free to contact us if you have questions about teaching Latin or about building a Latin program at the secondary or elementary level. To view possible openings or to submit a dossier for listing on the ACL National Latin and Greek Teacher Placement web site, click here. Co-directors of the New England Latin Placement Service
